Customer Support Manager (Polish, English)

In SimplBit we are searching for the creative and proactive people to build innovative and ambitious fintech project.

 

As a Customer Success Manager you'll:

  • Receive and sort customer emails and respond to their queries via email, chat and phone.
  • Verify the accuracy of the data sent by our customers.
  • Provide an advice to customers connected to usage of our product.
  • Provide exceptional experience to our customers.

 

Some things we consider critical to succeeding in this role:

  • Excellent attention to details.
  • High level of Polish.
  • English - upper intermediate and higher.
  • Good typing speed is a plus.
  • High level of responsibility.
  • Some prior work experience preferred.
  • Quick learner.
