And now, we're looking for a person to join our team as IT Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Your English must be Upper-Intermediate/Advanced written English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Understanding the IT field
• Understanding the difference between UI/UX, front-end, back-end, mobile and web development lifecycle
• Strong leadership and motivation skills
  
• Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details
• Skills of effective communication, building business communications
• Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on the result, the desire to work and earn.

You will need:

• Requirements elicitation, discussion, analysis, clearance
• Preparation of project plans, estimates, participation in resource planning
• Close work with developers during the implementation phase
• Conducting demo meetings with customers
• Delivery management, providing non-technical post delivery support to customers and end users

• Execution of documentation.
