Position Title: Billing Support Specialist

Pay: $787 (Salary review after 3 months)

Shift: 15:00-00:00 (Kiev time)

Position Summary:

The Billing Specialist will be assisting the Business Development department in processing invoices and making calls to Nestle, one of our biggest clients. The position includes cooperation with our Chicago office and Analytics team to make sure that all documents are done properly and just in time.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and double-checking all the processes of the Billing Department
• Processing invoices
• Checking and uploading documents
• Sending requests 
• Communication with Nestle via calls

Skills Required:

• The ability to communicate effectively in English is a must (Upper-intermediate/ Advanced level)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Ability to learn PCS and other company software
• Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
