Position Title: Key Account Manager, Account Executive in Logistics (US Market)

Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager is a key role in the organization whose job it is to build loads and adjust details as they change. The position must work with the sales team and customers (US), to make sure everything is scheduled properly.
Responsibilities:
- Analytical work
- Development of new accounts
- Maintenance of statistics
- Development of a long-term partnership with the customers
- Ensure accuracy in all EVTS loads
- Communicationion with customers and shippers
- Escalate possible issues relating to EVTS loads
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is a must (Advanced level)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook
- Ability to learn PCS (similar to CRM) and other company software
- Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
- Have access to a smartphone and laptop during your shift
- Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations
- Ability to work independently, to take responsibility and make decisions.
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- To be able to keep business correspondence
