Supply chain specialist

Our client Multinational  B2B company  is looking for Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:

Ensure and coordinate products supply from Europe to Ukraine, Inbound & Outbound Logistics processes:

• Order Management: proactively monitor and follow up the process, maintain respective documents & information flow with customers, vendors & business partners, answer and resolve customers’ and partners’ inquiries;
• Transportation Management (domestic and international): request for freight, book transport, issue and check transportation documents, perform operational dispatch, track & tracing;
• Customs Clearance (merchandise and samples): coordinate customs clearance procedures with a customs broker, check and prepare required set of documents, prepare/obtain additional documents (e.g. sanitary certificates, formal letters, technical docs etc.), check correctness of duties amount and  customs tariff codes; 
• Warehouse Operations: coordinate warehouse operations with a WH service provider, ensure In/Out procedures, storage, stock taking, prepare reports; 
• Respective transactions in SAP and other systems (PO, GR, stock transfer, master data, reports etc.);
• Cooperation with Logistics Service Providers (LSP): perform operational tasks and solve all operational issues, ensure required documents flow and payments for services, maintain quality and contract management;
• Monitor and follow up legislation changes and support implementation of respective legal and operational requirements; 
• Contribute proactively to processes optimization, support of digitalization initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferable in Logistics;
• 2 years + of relevant experience (knowledge of chemical products logistic is an advantage);
• Knowledge of legal requirements and documentation related to customs procedures, cargos transportation, storage and insurance; 
• English Upper Intermediate;
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP (as an advantage);  
• Capability to work effectively individually or within a team.
