Junior Associate, Arbitration

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Junior Associate position. 

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on various dispute resolution related matters.
• Drafting procedural documents, legal opinions, memoranda etc.
• Representing clients in domestic courts and in arbitration.
• PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc).

Requirements:

• University Degree in Law.
• Bar admission.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Domestic litigation experience.
• Good practical knowledge of arbitral proceedings (ICAC at the UCCI, UNCITRAL, ICC, VIAC, SCC, LCIA, ICSID, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of private international law.
• Experience in legal support to Ukrainian and foreign nationals.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Goal orientation.
• Experienced PC, Liga user.
• Ability to work with extensive volumes of information under tight deadlines.
