Assistant Business Controller / Ассистент бизнес контроллера

    Ассистент Бизнес-контроллера (с функциями закупщика) / Assistant to Business Controller (with Purchasing function )

     

    Job description:

    1. Maintain and analyse functional cost budgets, look for spending trends and highlight areas of concern in a timely manner to Business Controller.
    2. Maintain internal controls at the highest level to safeguard company assets. Help on the questions raised by internal and external auditors in regarding to payments and its controls.
    3. Take leadership in developing, implementation and follow up of all administrative and purchasing procedures and processes for the company.
    4. Analyse the main costs categories, recommend costs optimization and realization of activities on cost reduction.
    5. Sourcing of suppliers, focusing on value delivery, balancing costs (e.g. savings), quality (e.g. compliance) and service (e.g. availability, risk management).
    6. Hold tenders and bidding activities, evaluate the proposals. Negotiate with suppliers on purchasing terms (cost, payment and delivery) and get the best rates, prices and quality.
    7. Control payment status of the invoices submitted to accounting by purchasing.
    8. Create suppliers registers required for business processes.
    9. Maintain fleet register up-to-date, provide reporting on fleet expenses on a monthly basis.
    10. Administration of fleet related documentation (leasing invoices, fuel invoices, repair invoices, etc.).
    11. Coordinate activities with leasing companies and service suppliers.

     

    Experience requirements:

    • Min 1 years of experience, preferably in indirect purchasing / procurement within international environment.
    • Suppliers and contract management experience.

     

    Educational requirements and knowledge:

    • University degree, preferably Master in Finance or Economics;
    • Knowledge of Ukrainian supplier market for IT, marketing and administration (insurance, fleet, courier & shipment, office related goods / services);
    • English - fluent

    Good analytical and communication skills

    Independent, proactive and efficient working methods

    MS Office and ERP skills
