Responsibilities and Duties
Perform full-cycle recruiting process
Cooperate tightly with Hiring managers, interviewers and run the process smoothly
Take responsibility for the results and provide the top service
Partner with job stakeholders helping them to reach their targets
Define the best talents according to business needs and company's values
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of experience in recruiting for non-tech positions
Experience with mass recruitment would be an asset
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to take responsibility and act accordingly
High ethical standards
Good communication and presentation skills
Literate written Ukrainian or Russian
Advanced level of English
