Recruiter (non-tech positions)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter who will handle hiring for administrative and support positions. It's not a Tech recruitment but surely it's an important part of our business and we need a dedicated specialist for this domain. 

You must understand the importance of your work, strive for the best quality, and communicate efficiently with every participant of the hiring process. We appreciate an entrepreneurial approach and eagerness for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform full-cycle recruiting process

• Cooperate tightly with Hiring managers, interviewers and run the process smoothly

• Take responsibility for the results and provide the top service

• Partner with job stakeholders helping them to reach their targets

• Define the best talents according to business needs and company's values

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years of experience in recruiting for non-tech positions

• Experience with mass recruitment would be an asset

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Ability to take responsibility and act accordingly

• High ethical standards

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Literate written Ukrainian or Russian

• Advanced level of English
