The international IT company is looking for an HR Business Partner!
We need a reliable, purposeful Head of HR Department for the international IT company which makes own products and works with partners in 53 countries of the world.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for managers and employees for respective units;
- Responsible for building relationships with the respective units to design & implement strategies that meet their objectives;
- Lead with building a strong culture and build a foundation of strong leadership management, team & employee development and change management;
- Develop HR/people-oriented programs to positively impact culture, capability and enrich the employee experience;
- Help solve the organizational challenges of growth with creative solutions and strong execution.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role (+5 years);
- Experience managing a team (+3 years);
- Experience of working in a Tech environment;
- Good knowledge of labor legislation;
- Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing the environment;
- Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills;
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills;
- BSc in Human Resources Management; MSc is a plus
- Fluent in English or at least Upper intermediate and any other language is an advantage.
