Portfolio Manager #9527

Take care of technical marketing assets creation, organizing and keeping up to date. Work closely with sales dept and engineering to spread the knowledge across the org.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing marketing materials
• Organizing marketing materials in a single catalog
• Manage the process of new materials creation
• Convert existing materials in a certain uniform format
• Recover lost/forgotten materials from the past
• Serve requests for support materials from stakeholders
• Proactively identify gaps in portfolio and close them
• Organize and hold regular meetings to share details of completed/ongoing projects

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:MUST HAVE:

• English — intermediate;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy (Office suites, Presentation software, Spreadsheets, etc)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities;
• Ability to work within tense timeline;
• Be attentive to details;
• Be ready to take new challenges
• Do not be afraid to learn, improve and get better
