Out client is an innovative leader in financial operations platforms providing the effective, secure and reliable solution for worldwide financial operations using the cutting-edge technologies (including microservices architecture, blockchain, cloud providers and modern UI frameworks)  

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and create test plans/test cases
• Perform manual in-sprint and pre-release testing
• Take full responsibility for the quality of part of the product
• Make status and quality reporting for team activities
• Bug reporting using Bug tracking system
• Grant the high quality level of delivery and maintain customer satisfaction level
• Work with strong cooperation with RnD team and customer
• Contribute in automation solution (UI/API) – with help of automation team
• Take part in QA processes improvements

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must:

• Practical experience of working as QA engineer (4 years+)
• Strong experience of testing Web Based application
• Experience with API based testing (Postman and similar tools)
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, practices and processes (Agile)
• Understanding of Web stack (HTML, CSS, HTTP protocol, JS)
• Good familiarity level of REST
• Understanding and at least some practical experience (0.5 years+) with OOP and automation concepts with one of the following languages (Java, Python)
• At least some practical experience (0.5 years+) with API Automation
• Experience with TMS and BTS (Jira, TestRail and similar tools)
• University Degree in Computer Related Sciences
• At least Intermediate English level (write/read/verbal)

Considered as a big plus:

• Microservice architecture knowledge and experience of testing
• Experience working with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud
• Experience with BDD approach
