Back-end (Full Stack (React + Node.js) Middle Engineer #8532

They are looking to change the future of work by adding transparency and automation to the staffing of blue-collar positions. They are the best platform to quickly fill short term, low complexity positions with high-quality candidates. It enables employers to post jobs for hiring workers, as well as provides screening, onboarding, interview scheduling, payroll, invoicing and time tracking services. The Company serves customers in the United States. They offer the flexibility of a mobile-based staffing platform, with the benefits of the legal protections from a traditional w2 staffing model. We are looking for a software engineer experienced in mobile development using React Native to work in our team of talented developers.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the stakeholders and follow the established process.
• Take part in requirements analysis, task planning, estimation, coding and participate in regular code reviews.
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
• Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements
• Report to TL about current tasks status, technical or other risks

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

• 3+ years of commercial development experience
• Experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript ES6, CSS
• Knowing flux principles, Redux
• Experience in writing tests
• Confident user of GIT, NPM
• Practical experience creating markup for user interfaces
• Well-developed communication & team working skills
• Upper-intermediate English

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

• Experience with React Native
• Android/iOS development experience using Kotlin or Swift
• Practical experience with Agile / Scrum processes
