Purpose of the job:

Our customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world. We are seeking a Business analyst for project that pertains to the marketing and sales area. The goal of the project is analyzing, prediction and optimization of promotions and budget planning.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the project delivery and coordination of all project work, project planning, monitoring, tracking, communication, reporting, risk, scope management. The role requires frequent online communication with the customer product owners and managing delivery of several teams.MAIN TASKS AND 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, steering the project and ensuring the delivery in time, scope and quality.
• Coordinate all implementation tasks and other project work with the customer
• Create and maintain detailed project plans; monitor, track and report on project progress; manage project scope, risks and customer feedback
• Project control tasks, professional consultancy and reporting
• Fully manage customer communication, relationship and expectations throughout projects
• Work with the relevant project teams assigned to bring the project to success, maintain internal coordination and communication
• Use defined procedures and systems to perform and document implementation tasks;
• Facilitate improvements and define best practices based on customer and team feedback

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Project Management experience (3+ years)
• Dev management experience (managing several teams is a plus)
• Strong management experience in Agile (PM experience in Agile fixed price projects is a plus)
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Advanced English level (verbal & written)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• High responsibility and loyalty

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Previous experience in development
• PM experience for delivering brand-new product (from day-one till production and further support)
• PMP certificate
