Senior QA Automation Engineer #7670

Purpose of the job:

Our client is an innovative company which is specializing in work management area providing the effective, secure and reliable solution for clients who value their time, and for organizations that value cross-company engagement. 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement and execute automation tests for both UI and API within the existing automation framework
• Contribute to the automation framework itself when needed
• Monitor automated tests execution results
• Take full responsibility for the quality of part of the product
• Participate in requirements discussion, analyze and estimate automation efforts
• Work in strong collaboration with the team and customers
• Proactively raise technical risks and suggest measures against them

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Strong Experience and contribution in QA automation practices/frameworks (5+ years)
• Automated testing of Frontend Web applications
• Practical experience and understandings of QA methodologies, processes and Agile software development
• Good knowledge of OOP, design concepts and automation patterns/frameworks of one of the following languages (Java/Kotlin, Python, JS)
• University Degree in Computer Related Sciences
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal and written)

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Microservice architecture knowledge and experience of testing
• Docker/Kubernetes based testing experience
• Performance testing
