BA/QA Engineer #7183

Purpose of the job:

Our customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world. We are seeking a Business analyst with QA background for project that pertains to the healthcare area. The goal of the project is analyzing, prediction and optimization of medical trials and operations.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

For BA role:

• Analysis and elicitation of business requirements. Creation of requirements documentation (User Stories, Diagrams, Mockups).
• Close work with customer's stakeholders - mostly face to face).
• Support engineering team by describing the business processes/cases.
• Participating in sprint planning meetings.
• Creation of data sets for end-to-end scenarios.
• Acceptance testing.
• Knowledge sharing with development team.
  For QA role:
• Creation of test plans based on project goals, functional/non-functional specifications and requirements. Design and execution manual test cases, test scripts, end-to-end scenarios.
• Risk management.
• Monitoring and enforcing all processes and procedures for testing (e.g. build and environment availability).
• Perform different types of testing:
• Smoke and sanity.
• Functional and non-functional testing based on requirements.
• System testing, Integration testing.
• Defect tracking.
  Additional activities:
• Acting role of Scrum master
• Setup all scrum ceremonies (planning/grooming, daily meetings, demo, retro, etc.).
• Act as mediator between product owner and team.
• Setup sprints and track overall progress in Jira.
• Create sprint summary reports for product owners and line managers.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Sufficient knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
• Knowledge of requirements handling tools (JIRA, Confluence, Invision, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Web Applications testing.
• At least Intermediate English level (write/read/verbal)
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Team working experience.
• Good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban.
