Logistic and Demand Planning Manager

Otokoc Ukraine LLC is looking for Logistic and Demand Planning Manager for Opet Fuchs lubricants division http://www.opetoil.com.ua. The current position is temporary for 2 years (maternity position.)

JOB PURPOSE

To support the Sales and Marketing activities of the company by coordinating supply company products/brands lubricants to the central warehouse in Kyiv in accordance with the company strategy.

Stock and supplies forecasting, planning and optimization in Ukraine.

Ensuring and organization of Opet products deliveries to the territory of Ukraine in accordance with company strategy and plans.

Organization of warehousing transaction and stocktaking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact with contract partners on any issues, concerning products supply.

Coordination of products shipments and deliveries from the company plants and European warehouses to Kyiv.

Determination of the needed resources for performing deliveries

Preparation of shipping and/or customs documents for performing deliveries and shipments.

Ensuring products certification (Opet brand) in Ukraine.

Organization and control of on-time certification process to guarantee uninterrupted import of company products to Ukraine territory.

Calculate and report accruals (logistic budget and expenses).

Regular monthly supply statistics.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and knowledge of business, logistics, wholesale, distributor management, and purchasing

Understanding of legal framework concerning logistics and transportation network.

PC proficient user

Intermediate English level

Good analytical skills and Problem-solving skills
