Pharmacy Chains Manager, East region (location Dnipro or Zaporizhzhia)

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Pharmacy Chains Manager, East region (location Dnipro or Zaporizhzhia)

Major tasks and responsibilities: 

• Responsible for developing sales of company products and/or services and all related sales activities in the Dnipro region. 
• Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing promotional and commercial projects and events on stimulating sales, needed to increase sales volume and market share in the corresponding region.
• Managing client's budget
• Providing negotiation and signing the contracts. 
• Providing control of the fulfillment of the achieved agreements and the timeliness of reporting.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients. 
• Handling negotiations at a high level.

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• University degree, preferable Economics/ Medicine/Pharmaceuticals 
• Professional experience: not less than 3 years of relevant experience on the position of Key Account Manager/Pharmacy Chains Manager.
• Knowledge of the pharma market and clients on the area of responsibility. 
• An actual experience with a national PhChs is a must. 
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Competencies: result-oriented, collaboration, resilience.
• English: Intermediate.
• Valid driving license.
• Ready for business trips.
