CRM Specialist (contracted position)

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of

CRM Specialist  (contracted position)

Major tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing administration and technical support of CRM system
• Ensuring design, write, and test performant's code
• Interacting directly with business customers to gather and understand requirements and how it translates in CRM system features
• Providing analytical reports to business per request

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science
• Experienced in the software design
• Advanced knowledge: MySQL, Perl, CGI, JavaScript, HTML
• Proficient MS Excel skills
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpretation, and manage data complexity
• English will be preferable

Competencies:

• Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to identify opportunities proactively, foreseeing problems and find ways to overcome barriers
• Be accountable for actions and results, successes and failures
