Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of

Team Assistant to Ophthalmology TA (outsourced position)

Major tasks of position:

1) Support to the TA Ophthalmology in Document Management:

• Document Management
• Preparation of documents for transmission to the accounting department (bills, invoices, acceptance certificates, contracts, reports of gasoline, advance report, memo, etc.)
• Scanning and archiving of all documents of TA
• Preparation of slides for presentations
• Collection and analysis of marketing information
• Sales analysis of TA Ophthalmology and displaying the information in the files internal use
• Secretarial functions

2) Travel coordination for BPH staff and KOLs on International level:

Travel and Visa Coordination for the TA's management team with the respective functions

3) Support to the TA's:

• Further support in BPH projects (in coordination with the Cross functional Units);
• Analysis of project cost-structure expenses;
• Develop of specific marketing projects;
• Administrative support to the TA's Management Team.

Skills experience and qualifications:

• Linguistic background
• Excellent skills in communication in Ukrainian, Russian and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks
• Convincing and sensitive in relationship to internal and external partners
• Ability to work independently, self-initiative taking, reliable, resilient and flexible
• Microsoft Office knowledge
