Responsibilities:

• IT assets management, including computers and other equipment
• tracking, maintaining and escalating technical helpdesk service requests;
• hardware and software troubleshooting ;
• providing of continuous operations flow of the global IT infrastructure;
• understanding of the concept of SLA.
