Consultant/Senior Consultant, Tax Advisory Group

Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultant, you will work full time as a team member under the supervision of a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Consultants. 

You will initially focus on the following tasks:

• Research and analysis of tax legislation, accounting standards, court practice and clarifications 
• Preparing tax advice, drafting contracts and documents
• Participation in client meetings and conference calls
• Drafting proposals and responses to clients’ requests
• Preparing presentations on different tax matters
• Assisting Senior Consultants and Managers in handling clients’ engagements (from drafting proposal and contract to providing responses to the clients' requests)

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian tax legislation with focus on corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, payroll taxes
• Education in tax, accounting or finance
• Working experience in tax function, audit firm and/or a Big 4 firm
• Fluent Ukrainian, confident written English
• Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Responsible, goal-oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stress resistant
• Team player
• Demonstrating drive and resilience
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Friendly, confident, attentive to details
