Multinational company, global network of professional services firms is looking for HR Generalist in Business Unit

We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources professional to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for a business unit management on issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Coordinate recruitment and look for senior talents
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Evaluate training programs
• Coordinate performance management
• Coordinate recruitment and look for senior talents

Main Requirements:

• Degree in HR or other related field
• Relevant experience
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
