We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources professional to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for business unit employees on issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Consult with HR Manager in BU, line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Coordinate employee adaptation
- Analyze people trends and metrics
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with HR Manager in BU, management, and employees to improve work relationships and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Coordinate partially recruitment and look for talents
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Coordinate performance management
Main Requirements:
- Degree in HR or other related field
- Experience in HR, relevant experience is a plus
- Strong people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
