Solution Architect (MS Dynamics) IT&Cyber Advisory

KPMG Ukraine is looking for Solution Architect (MS Dynamics) in the Information Technology and Cyber Advisory Group.

What we do:

• Digital CFO and business processes automation. IT architecture development. IT-systems selection and implementation (including, ERP, CRM, RPA)

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business requirements and automated processes of the Company, fit -gap analysis of requirements and functionality;
• Development of a functional architecture of a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics ERP\CRM and related systems: collection and analysis of customer requirements, development of architectural and design solutions;
• Selection the best way to implement business requirements, identifying the need for improvements, designing improvements;
• Setting and detailing tasks for the development and monitoring of their implementation.
• Monitoring of improvements carried out by developers within the framework of the plan for changes, support for the process of implementing improvements to the plan, taking into account the timing and quality of implementation;
• Collaboration with the product manager / developers in terms of ensuring the timely development and quality of the developed solution;
• Formation and coordination of project documents developed by analysts, ensuring the necessary quality of documents;
• organization and conduct of integrated and integration testing in preparation for go-live operation, transfer to operation phase.
• Updating knowledge about the information system, tracking vendor updates, studying vendor's documentation and existing design solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree from a leading university, strong academic record
• At least 10 years of professional experience
• Professional experience of implementing MS Dynamics ERP/ CRM as Consultant/ Project Manager/ Technical Architect, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Proven successful track record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines
• Effective team player, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility

Will be a significant plus:

• Microsoft Professional Certificates
• Knowledge of the Microsoft product market, including Microsoft services providers
• Knowledge of the others ERP/ CRM solution
• Previous experience in consulting
• International experience
• Experience in working with public sector
