Supervisor, Compensations & Benefits, HR Administration

We are looking for Supervisor, Compensations & Benefits, HR Administration to join our friendly HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of benefits programs and policies
• Benefits administration (including tender procedures)
• Actualizing motivation systems
• Full support of HRD in budgeting, salary review and bonus calculation
• Supervising HR Administration services provided by 2 junior team members
• Reviewing and renewing internal employment policies and legal compliance
• Development of job descriptions
• Coordination of expatriates employment activities
• Preparing internal and statutory reports
• Participation in other C&B related projects, including automatization

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient knowledge of Labour Code and other related legislation
• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel!) and 1C
• Upper-Intermediate English - both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Developed communication and proven managerial skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
