Business Analyst

What we do:

KPMG Product Development Center (PDC) is a full-cycle development team. We assist our clients and KPMG network to improve business processes by both IT services outsourcing and KPMG software solutions implementation. For these purposes we have gathered a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, BA, and UI/UX designers.

Currently we are looking for Business Analyst who will be a part of KPMG Product Development Center.

Key responsibilities:

• Business processes and operation analysis
• Customer's needs elicitation
• Engineering and specification of functional and non-functional requirements
• Preparation of requirements documentation and keeping up to date
• Close cooperation with Business Owners, Designers and Development Team
• Participation in sprint planning, tasks assigning, product testing and demonstrations.

Requirements:

• 3+ year of working experience in business and system analysis
• Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and MVP
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall philosophy
• Knowledge of UML base diagrams
• Knowledge of T-SQL
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details
• Ability to achieve result and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Will be an advantage:

• Technical/Math background
• Experience using hybrid approaches
• Experience in software projects estimation
• Working experience with SCRUM, RUP methodologies
• UI/UX skills.
