Junior Business Analyst

Currently we are looking for Junior Business Analyst who will be a part of KPMG Product Development Center.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Owners, Designers and Development Team;
• Business processes and operation analysis;
• Elicitation of customer's needs;
• Engineering and specification of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Keeping requirements documentation up to date;
• Participation in sprint planning, tasks assigning, product testing and demonstrations.

Requirements:

• 0,5+ year of working experience in business and system analysis;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Attentiveness to details;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to achieve result and meet deadlines;
• Good spoken and written English;
• Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and MVP;
• Writing user stories, use cases;
• Understanding of Agile philosophy.
  

Will be an advantage:

• Technical/finance/accounting background;
• Knowledge of UML base diagrams;
• Working experience with SCRUM, RUP methodologies;
• UI/UX skills.
