Manager in International Tax

International Corporate Taxation Services is an integral part of KPMG International Tax Practice and International Trade Practice in Ukraine, which is part of the KPMG Tax & Legal Department in Ukraine. Our taxation specialists help companies reduce the risks associated with international corporate taxation by actively cooperating with other KPMG units in Ukraine as well as KPMG international network in more than 154 countries. KPMG's specialists in Ukraine use KPMG's local and global expertise and capabilities in this and other areas of international corporate counseling.

KPMG Ukraine is looking for Manager in International Tax Group.

Responsibilities:

• Managing international and local tax engagements in Ukraine and abroad
• Building up long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Billing and monitoring of fee collection
• Coaching and developing junior staff members
• Participating in marketing and business development activities
• Developing and expanding the international tax practice of KPMG in Ukraine

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Law
• Minimum 5 years of tax experience with an international accounting/advisory firm or a reputable law firm
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax issues, including BEPS initiatives
• General understanding of the tax rules in foreign jurisdictions that are often used by foreign investors to invest in Ukraine and/or finance the Ukrainian projects
• In-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian tax rules and familiarity with the accounting principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (English, Ukrainian and Russian)
