Our client, an international company, one of the world leaders in the production of water heating and heating equipment invites you to join their team in Kyiv:

Senior Sales Manager 

(DYI, Chains, On-line, MT distributors) all over Ukraine

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for operational activities in the regions, implementation of strategic & tactical decisions.
  • Learn and provide up to date about competitors' products lines, activities, promos etc.
  • Provide trainings, consultancies and other necessary information regarding products, bench marks to promoters, partners sales staff, end users.
  • Full sales responsibility in connection with targets, assortment, focus products.
  • Focus on operational result, responsible for short term (TO and profitability) and also for long term strategy realization.

Tasks

  • Regular visits to stores 
  • Supporting marketing activities  
  • Implementation on places of the strategic decisions within cooperation with partners
  • Making commercial and technical trainings and presentations for sales staff, promoters and demonstrating how a product meets end users’ needs
  • Monitoring of competitors activities; monitoring of the activity of modern trade stores in the regions
  • Active participation in promoting of new product ranges
  • Controlling on regular basis placement of orders by modern trade stores 
  • Responding to the claims of the customer on the quantity and quality of the goods supplied under the contract

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales activities PREFERABLY of electric water heaters, instantaneous water heaters, air conditioners) through Modern Trade Distribution Channel
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain business issues
  • Proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers
  • Able to create effective presentations in time constrained environment
  • At least intermediate English level
  • Category B driving License
