Primary requirements:

— 5+ years of professional experience in HR-related functions;
— Degree in HR Management and/or Psychology is preferred;
— High orientation to actions and driving results;
— Planning and making alignments internally and across departments;
— Budget management experience;
— Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
— B2 and above level of English.

Will be an advantage:

— Experience in Media & Digital domains;
— Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc).

Responsibilities:

— Align all HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs in the department;
— Acts a a partner to the Head of Department on HR issues and People Management topics;
— Ensure implementation of a competency-based performance measurement process and regular performance reviews;
— Design a talent pool practice and develop succession plans by using the review results;
— Ensures that performance results are reflected in promotion and reward practices;
— Work with top talent in departments to elaborate the professional skill-sharing programs;
— Analyze the individual PDP and partner with direct managers to develop individual development roadmaps — assist with tracking progress, feedback, etc;
— Identify the L&D needs to enhancing employee performance;
— Use people-related analytics to inform, initiate, or propose organisation decision making by conducting: engagement, E-NPS, commitment, satisfaction surveys, regular 1:1 with all employees;
— Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs: assess the workload and new hiring demand.
