Job Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist that is passionate about driving results through innovative processes, and strategies. We're growing and have big ambitions as a business. We’re rapidly expanding our geographic footprint and we'll need to assess, find, and on-board outstanding talent to help us get there.

This individual will be responsible for staffing Quality Assurance, Template Developers, Application Developers and other technical roles in Ukraine, Russia and Poland. We are a fast-paced rapidly growing company that prides itself on hiring the best talent to deliver our services to our clients. You must be agile, innovative, and quick to develop recruitment strategies to retain top talent across the Eastern Europe market. You will be tasked with networking, identifying leads, and sourcing across multiple job boards and sites. We expect you to be engaging with our candidates, develop a knack for finding the best talent that works with AxiomSL’s mission and most importantly have fun while doing that.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and high impact recruitment and talent professional who can demonstrate a track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers across AxiomSL. You’ll work across our Eastern Europe and US teams to shape, design, and implement effective talent practices. You are mission driven, passionate about working with people, and thrive in chaos.

What you will do:

  • Source and attract candidates from various online sources; LinkedIn, AmazingHiring, Github, AngelList, Google, Indeed, Rabota.ua, Dou. etc.;
  • Be an investigator! Find candidate’s email addresses and be resourceful with searching for profiles on the web through Boolean searches;
  • Coordinate daily and weekly efforts with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead in New York; organize data in a tracking sheet to with candidates and progress of interviews;
  • Utilize Workable (AxiomSL’s Applicant Tracking System); add candidates, share interview notes, track data, disposition candidates appropriately and manage offers;
  • Further define interview stages, screening questions and other SOP’s;
  • Conduct initial phone screens; assess candidate’s background and fit; drive down the number of candidate interviews to offers extended;
  • Maintain metrics such as Candidate Pipeline, Offer Rejections, Time to Hire and Candidate Sources;
  • Keep candidates warm! Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for;
  • Constantly looking for innovative ways to improve our recruitment process, and being proactive in hiring our teams.

Requirements

What we require:

  • 2-3 years’ sourcing and recruitment experience;
  • Experience recruiting for technology roles or knowledge of the following: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Manual, Junior QA Engineer, Application Developers and Template Developers;
  • Mission-driven and passionate about AxiomSL’s mission to attract the best talent;
  • Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks
  • You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things;
  • Obsessed with candidate experience; we take pride in our work and want that to come across in interviews and the recruitment process;
  • You are self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You are mindful of the candidate experience and the stressful process a job hunt can be during COVID-19;
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across multiple offices in different time zones;
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and what it takes to be a successful employee at AxiomSL;
  • No fear in attending virtual events, career fairs and joining LinkedIn groups, etc.
