Experience with any major relational database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Sybase).

Strong analysis skills, calculus and statistics.

Familiarity with liquidity and capital risk concepts, such as Basel 3, LCR or others.

Understanding and ability to create algorithms and design patterns, familiarity with some programming languages.

Familiarity with Java, Python, R is a plus

Interest in technology highly valued.

At least Years of experience in developing technical or functional solutions, for Financial institutions would be a definite advantage.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Strong English verbal/listening and written communication skills.

Strong innovation skills based on creativity and outside-the-box thinking.

Flexibility to adapt to new and ever-changing situations and environments.

Self-motivated with a high sense of humor, urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.

• Accreditation in Databases, Software Development, or Project Management
• Knowledge of Jira, XML and XBRL is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES including the following, but not limited to:

Design and develop capital risk solutions on AxiomSL ControllerView framework.

·Work with team lead and business analysts to capture technical requirements and develop a technically advanced solution.

To ensure the development and delivery of good quality solutions.

Write design documents, technical product documentation (if required).

Ensure conformance to our development processes which would include and reuse of shared enterprise assets where possible.

Provide product support, fixes and updates to the product.

This role will be based in Kharkiv or Wroclaw but will be required to work closely with the global team in New York.
