Neccessary Skills:
— Completed legal education;
— 1-2+ years of relevant experience with international business, top-tier law firm or Big 4 (experience in IT will be a plus);
— English — at least upper Intermediate;

Personal Qualities:
— responsible;
— motivated;
— ability to work in a team;
— attentive to details.

Responsibilities:
— Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents in the field of affiliate marketing, payment processing, etc.;
— Legal research in product\\mobile compliance;
— Supporting KYC and verifications at banks and EMI;
— Communication with foreign advisors and lawyers;
— Verification of translations;
— Contracts and invoices management;
— Data privacy issues resolving;
— Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company.
