We're looking for Retention manager
Requirements:
- Fluent English (both oral and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in communicating with native speakers
- Time-management skills
- Acquaintance with IT sphere
- Stress resistance, ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere
- Be ready to work 2/2 (2 working days/2 days off):
1) Day - 8:00 - 20:00
2) Night - 20:00 - 8:00
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, chat and email
- Troubleshoot and solve customer’s issues
- Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Retain and improve customer loyalty
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements
