We're looking for Billing manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a payments/processing role;
• You understand payment systems & card payment methods;
• Engineering or Computer Science qualification (preferred but not required);
• Good analytical skills and are proficient in Excel (you are not afraid of pivot tables and complex formulas);
• Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required);
• Familiarity with the Visa & MC regulations;
• Ability to look at situations from a risk-based approach;
• Solid organizational, time management and complex problem-solving abilities;
• At least the Upper Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring key metrics of payment pages/system performance;
• New payment methods integration, depending on the country;
• Manual check of transactions, transactions routing management;
• Conducting various experiments and A/B tests in order to optimize pricing, payment logic, page layout for different user segments;
• Optimization of payment page usability;
• Competitor analysis;
• CHB & Refund ratio management
