Simulation Engineer (electro-thermal simulations)

For further development of our Engineering Center, we are looking for experienced candidates to fill the position of simulation engineer.

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Performing of electrical thermal analysis on new innovative connector system in coordination with similar department in Germany;
• Working in a product development environment, using computer FEM analytical methods. Ansys electronics software will be used;
• Preparation of presentations and reports with results of numerical simulations;
• Participation in Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews;
• Coordination with engineering, manufacturing and certification groups.

The candidate:

• Successfully completed higher education in engineering (mechanical engineering is preferable);
• Knowledge of electrical engineering;
• Knowledge of physics of heat transfer between bodies (thermodynamics);
• Experience in Ansys environment;
• Knowledge of the CAD system CATIA V5;
• Knowledge of finite element analysis;
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work closely as a team with other international locations;
• Customer focus, teamwork, and planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
