Web analyst

We are looking for enthusiastic and detailed-oriented Web Analyst to help take data-driven decisions in our product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using variety of tools to extract and analyze data (GA, GTM, Firebase configuration);

• Analyzing main data metrics generated by users activity, customers journey and funnel optimization (LTV, ROAS);

• Configuration of customized attribution models and associated conversions analysis;

• Heatmap configuration and tracking; Cross-cutting analytics development;

• Finding patterns and causes of metrics decline or increase;

• A/B testing design and implementation (from hypothesis to results analysis);

• Reporting your findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand, communication insights and providing solutions that have demonstrable results;

• Staying up to date with the latest trends in web analytics

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BEST CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of experience in IT working with product analytics;

• In depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery;

• Good knowledge of SQL is a must;

• Knowledge of Python would be a plus;

• Successful experience in configuring web (app, database) analytics for product companies;

• Experience in building customer funnels;

• Experience in conversion optimization (CRO), preferably with confirmed cases, and in building customer funnels;

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
