We are looking for enthusiastic and detailed-oriented Web Analyst to help take data-driven decisions in our product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using variety of tools to extract and analyze data (GA, GTM, Firebase configuration);
Analyzing main data metrics generated by users activity, customers journey and funnel optimization (LTV, ROAS);
Configuration of customized attribution models and associated conversions analysis;
Heatmap configuration and tracking; Cross-cutting analytics development;
Finding patterns and causes of metrics decline or increase;
A/B testing design and implementation (from hypothesis to results analysis);
Reporting your findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand, communication insights and providing solutions that have demonstrable results;
Staying up to date with the latest trends in web analytics
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BEST CANDIDATE:
2+ years of experience in IT working with product analytics;
In depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google BigQuery;
Good knowledge of SQL is a must;
Knowledge of Python would be a plus;
Successful experience in configuring web (app, database) analytics for product companies;
Experience in building customer funnels;
Experience in conversion optimization (CRO), preferably with confirmed cases, and in building customer funnels;
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
