We are looking for outgoing, hardworking, and fun individuals to join our Customer Care team in a role of Customer Support Agent. If you have a natural curiosity to learn new things, have a 'can-do' attitude and want to build your career in a dynamic product company, please apply to this post. This is a shift base role, so you should be able to take night shifts and have a flexible schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide prompt, courteous and effective omni-channel customer support (emails, live chat, and calls);
Seek resolutions to customers' queries and issues whilst actively striving to achieve a "one correct answer" across all channels;
Follow our customer service standards, communication policies and procedures;
Communicate relevant information on a timely basis to the Team Lead and escalate issues or complex delivery items when required.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BEST CANDIDATE:
Fluent in English;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excitement to learn new products/technologies and help customers;
Experience in customer support or sales will be preferred;
Familiarity with ticketing systems (like Zendesk) is a plus;
Emotional resilience and high frustration tolerance.
