Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, management;
  
• Understanding the full project life cycle and Agile Software Development Methodologies;
  
• Experience in systems integration;
  
• Good IT background;
  
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
  
• Good communication skills;
  
• Knowledge of requirements modeling (UML, BPMN);
  
• Understanding database structure (SQL);
  
• Experience in creating UI prototypes/mockups (Axure, Balsamiq etc);
  
• Analytical skills and attention to details;
  
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate+ (both verbal and writing).
  

Responsibilities:

• Interact with product owner, team, customer and other stakeholders to define the requirements;
  
• Identifying, analyzing, gathering business needs into requirements;
  
• Work closely with development team in clarifications of requirement;
  
• Writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria;
  
• Requirements management;
  
• Support of development and QA teams during the whole software lifecycle;
  
• UAT (User Acceptance Test) participation.
