Junior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a young, smart and motivated candidate to join our talented and creative marketing team in the position of junior marketing manager with focus on trade marketing (cooperation with cinemas) and reporting.

Kinomania LLC has been the official distributor of Warner Bros. films in Ukraine for over 13 years working on such iconic films as The Hobbit, Harry Potter, Suicide Squad, Fantastic Beasts, Aquaman to name just a few.

Main requirements:

• fluent in English;
• ability to work with numbers and high attention to details;
• working experience in marketing is a plus;
• proactive and creative approach to work;
• strong communication skills with the ability to work in an international team environment that requires contact with international partners.

Main responsibilities:

• in cinema POS materials (posters, banners, standees etc.) coordination (approving quantity & formats, setting tasks to designer, coordination with logistics team in terms of materials delivery, collecting photo reports from cinemas etc.);
• assistance to the head of department in budget planning and controlling (budget planning for POS and other non-media costs, collecting invoices and marketing reports, etc.);
• management of custom clearance process (with the help of professional broker) for imported materials (standees, premium items etc.);
• management of giveaways with cinemas and other partners in social networks;
• participating in the organization of marketing events (premieres, press-screenings);
• other tasks related to Marketing, PR.
