Beakon offers B2B software to clients in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe and more. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a Client Support Officer based in Kyiv.

Job Description

Critical to this role is the ability to review, interpret and track incoming customer jobs, via our JIRA ticketing system, to ensure the developer team is informed and up to date with the latest information at all times.

With many English speaking clients, the suitable candidate will need excellent English, both written and oral, to manage in/outgoing telephone, email and marketing database correspondence.

As the primary Office Support, this role will also carry out basic solution testing on new tools and client changes and provide traceable feedback for the Development Team using screen shots and commentary.

Strong Microsoft Office and general system knowledge is important to provide real value to the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Development Team support;
• Continuous improvement of JIRA tracking and processing;
• Basic user support;
• New tools and solutions testing.

Main requirements:

• Fast learner;
• Strong and varied system experience;
• Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written);
• 3-5 years office experience preferred;
• Experience with Jira preferred.
