Description

We are currently looking for a responsible and fun-loving individual for the role of Operational Data Analyst, who will be reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing a daily control of fulfilment, changing, and testing of operational processes,
• Analysis of the efficiency of call centers in different countries,
• Analysis of the efficiency of debt collection strategies,
• Analysis of the operational KPI on a daily / weekly / monthly basis,
• Preparation of reports for operational divisions,
• Implementation of reports / dashboards in MS SSRS,
• Communicating with IT regarding database relating issues,
• Analytical support of company’s projects: Building statistical / mathematical / econometrical models, forecasting,
• Analysis of financial indicators (revenue, costs, gross margin),
• Analysis of credit portfolios (non-performing loans).

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education (mathematics / statistics / economics cybernetics)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in collection companies, banks, financial organizations, or telecoms,
• At least an intermediate (B1) level of English,
• SQL knowledge is a must,
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite,
• Advanced Excel knowledge is a must,
• Experience in reporting solutions (SSRS, Power BI – recommended)
• Strong analytical skills,
• Attention to details.
