Roles and responsibilities (to deal with)

Been a part of the Risk team, the Risk Analyst will be responsible for:

1. Analytical support of company's projects: building statistical /econometric/investment models
2. Non-performing debt portfolios complete valuation and research as a basis for investment (purchase) decision
   
3. Purchased debt analytical support
4. Pricing proposal for new portfolios and partners
5. Recoveries and revenue forecast
6. Analysis of operational and financial indicators
7. Reporting
8. Ad-hoc analytics

Required skills

Hard skills:

• SQL - experienced user (ability to write complex queries / subqueries / stored procedures, create functions, tables, views etc) - a must
  
• MS Excel / Power Point wizard - a must
• BI experience (Tableau, Power BI etc) - would be an advantage
• Python knowledge - would be an advantage
• Prior experience in banking or debt collection - would be a strong advantage

Soft skills:

• English - intermediate (B1, B2) and above, both correspondence and verbal communication with foreign colleagues - a must
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, analytical mindset
• Attention to detail
• Easy-going and a team member
• Good "efforts madearesult achieved" manager and time manager
• Ability to learn fast
• Basic knowledge about the credits: to know the loan lifecycle (for good and non-performing loans), the structure of the loan
