As the company is rapidly growing, we are in search of a committed and well-organized Team Manager!

Required qualifications and skills:

• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English;

• Good knowledge of Google Docs, especially Excel;

• Impeccable punctuality

• Strong sense of commitment

• Relevant experience in lead generation and/or team management is preferable, but not a must

Key functions:

• Handle 8+ projects on a monthly basis

• Do quality assessment of 1600-2000 generated leads and send them to the client on a weekly basis;

• Ensure quality and timely leads generated by the team sized from 8 to 12 members on a daily basis;

• Fill in an individual checklist with relevant planned and actual data on a weekly basis;

• Provide timely updates for the team on specifications of the project;

• Pro-actively participate in by-weekly meetings with the COO.

How much money you will earn:

During the probationary period (from 2 to 3 months) your fixed rate will be based upon the results of the interview.

After successful completion of the probationary period your financial compensation will consist of a fixed rate in the amount of $450 and a bonus for quality assessment of the leads.

Consequently, by managing 8 projects, the monthly financial compensation will range from $620 to $700.

By managing more than 8 projects the monthly financial compensation will range from $720 до $1325.
