We are looking for a proactive person with great communicative skills and a love for people to join our Service Delivery and Employee Experience team. You will play a significant role in the company’s success by increasing the effectiveness and morale of our teams and clients to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- ensure a high level of employee experience for client teams in Newxel;
- support new and current members of client teams in onboarding, adaptation, and ongoing communication with the client;
- establish strong relationships with employees, act as a trusted partner for them;
- effectively interact with Newxel internal departments to solve requests from employees and clients;
- ensure high employee and client satisfaction levels, high retention levels.
Requirements:
- proactive and energetic person;
- ability to easily connect with new people, build trusted relationships with them;
- the customer-oriented approach in communication;
- experience of being a troubleshooter and a facilitator in conflict situations;
- ability to multitask and keep track of all open questions;
- open-minded and result-driven;
- advanced level of English.
