IT Researcher

Newxel is looking for a responsible and motivated IT Researcher to join our friendly team.

Required skills:

• 6+ months of experience in IT Recruitment/Sourcing
• At least Intermediate English
• Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
• Understanding of the IT market
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Having a "get things done" attitude and being result-oriented is a must for our team

Responsibilities:

• Actively source candidates using different channels;
• Review profiles and screen CVs according to vacancies requirements;
• Initial contact and communicate with candidates on a daily basis;
• Generate active candidates pipelines;
• Maintaining of the database;
• Market research.
