Chief Accountant

The company with 100% foreign investment "KRKA UKRAINE" LLC, which is engaged in providing services, is searching for a candidate for the position of "Chief Accountant".

WHAT WILL BE DONE?

• 
  Development of accounting policies and procedures of accounting, document flow and control.
• Ensuring complete, timely and reliable reflection of economic transactions in accounting and the availability of primary and supporting documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of legislation.
• Analysis of business processes, development of packages of supporting documents, approval of contracts.
• Organization of the division's work, distribution of responsibilities, control of the work of employees (7 accountants) and all areas of accounting.
• Preparation of tax and financial reporting according to national standards.
• Communication with regulatory bodies (consultations, responses to requests, etc.).
• Annual auditing by the Big Four international auditing companies.
• Automation of the company's business processes, preparation and setting of technical tasks.
• Preparation of documentation and report on controlled operations.
• Communication and support of the company's divisions regarding the requirements of tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Training, adaptation of new employees of financial and related departments, conducting trainings. 

OUR TEAM NEEDS A COLLEAGUE WHO HAS:

• 
  Availability of higher economic education. Specialties: "Accounting and Audit", "Finance and Credit", "Accounting", "Enterprise Economics". Inpatient is desirable.
• Experience of working as a chief accountant for 5 years or more in large taxpayers, preferably in international companies.
• Knowledge of the chart of accounts and correspondence of business operations is a must.
• Knowledge of the Tax Code of Ukraine is mandatory.
• Knowledge of salary legislation (all types of accruals and payments) and accruals and payments to individuals (CPC, etc.) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of working with reserves and knowledge of the EZ.PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the accounting program Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision, 1C ZUP, M.E.DOC and the Timely system is desirable.
• The ability to write a technical task for a programmer and test improvements to the accounting system.
• Having a certificate of SAR, CIPA, ACCA /DipIFR will be an additional advantage of the candidate.
• Accuracy, precision, punctuality, responsibility, structure, result orientation.
• Knowledge of the English language at least at an average level of B1 will be an advantage (communication with the headquarters).
• Experience in managing the accounting department.
