Convention Sales Coordinator

New-brand hotel Mercure Kyiv Congress, part of Accor Hotels, is looking for an energetic: Convention Sales Coordinator to join our innovative team.

Key requirements:

• Experience work at sales / meetings & events / reservations / Front Office / operations department up to 2 years
• Advanced Opera administrating / Group reservation
• Fluent English both written and oral
• Attention to details is essential
• High speed of work, ability to work in a team and learn quickly
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word)
• Business correspondence experience
• Work experience in AccorHotels is a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Handle all convention (meetings, events, accommodation) groups
• Constant communication with organizers and group planners
• Processing proper invoicing / contracting
• Handle and execute with initial requests
• Follow-up all changes, amendments and corrections
• Close cooperation within all hotel departments
