Fast growing internationally owned pharmaceutical company has an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join the team. 

HR manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and corporate culture. If you have a passion for HR and familiar with labor law and look to build your career in the field with the next step in role of HR Business Partner, this is the place to be.

We are looking for an ambitious structured person who can provide solutions and ideas, is ready to challenges of the highly competitive market and wants to grow together with the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics both formal and informal
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of work experience in HR sphere, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and/or retail
  • Proven working experience as HR Generalist - 1-2 years
  • English language is a MUST
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Desire to work as a team with results driven approach
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
