Dispatcher/Field Support Technician

Miatech is searching for career-minded individuals to contract with us as a Dispatcher/Field Support Technician. Dispatcher, that would be based in Lviv but would travel internationally as a Field Support Technician at times. You should have an acceptable level of English, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to train others. No experience is required for this position.

Position requires work from the office (not a remote).

Responsibilities:

• Managing service calls in the USA territory
• Working/coordinating with the company’s technicians
• Working with dispatch software
• Effective communication over the phone, email, etc.
• Reporting, working as a team member
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally 2-3 times a year for up to 12-weeks at Miatech’s expense,

Position Requirements:

• Good English verbal communication skills, preferably experience in US-based call centers (experience with English native speakers)
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and business principles
• Experience working with CRM is a plus, but not a must.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge to work with MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure & problem-solving attitude
• working office hours 4 pm-1 am (swing shift)
• Driving license (decent real driving experience)
• Valid US visa (B1/B2) will be a big plus

Your work experience is not a concern, we will train the right individuals.

Compensation plan:

Salary base starting at $800 per month plus bonuses when traveling, with yearly salary review based on getting the experience.

A higher salary is available for an experienced person.
